Incentive Program Details
How It Works
- Every sales representative who successfully brings in three pharmacies that each pay an annual subscription fee of NPR 25,000 will receive a reward equivalent to one pharmacy's subscription fee (NPR 25,000).
- The incentive is awarded only after all three pharmacies have completed their respective payments.
Example Calculation
Step 1
Sales Representative A brings in Pharmacy X, Pharmacy Y, and Pharmacy Z.
Step 2
Each pharmacy pays NPR 25,000 per year, totaling NPR 75,000 in revenue.
Step 3
As a reward, the sales representative receives NPR 25,000 commission.
